Our existing portfolio of buildings range in size from 6,000 to 355,630 square feet with a variety of sizes in between. Another service that the Gillis Thomas Company offers is custom designed build-to-suits, where we find the customer the land, architecturally develop a plan that incorporates the customer’s unique needs and specifications, build the facility and then lease it to the customer on a long term basis. All buildings are owned, leased and managed internally by staff and members of the Gillis Thomas extended family.
